Without choice you have no awareness and
without awareness you have no choice.
Once you choose to change your life and your body you
open doors to see what else is posible!

What would your body like to change?

Is pain or dysfunction limiting you?

What if there is something else possible?

What you may experience in a session with Glenna.

Hands on bodywork designed to find and release tight, painful and dense tissue, to eliminate pain, improve strength increase body awarness and  your freedom of movement.

Glenna combines her background in Access Bodywork,  Myofasical Release, movement unwinding, joint mobilization, cranial sacral, muscle energy work and her unique ability to communicate with and transform the body to assist patients in changing anything they are asking to change about their body or their lives.

Along with hands on work, patients will receive an education and tools to enhance their movement awareness, structural integrity and perception of their body.

Patients report decreased pain, improved mobility and the feeling of more space in their bodies and lives.

" Glenna's ability to read the energy is extraordinary. I first went to her for my back, and now not only has that changed, I have more ease in my body, and things I only dreamed of are showing up in my life: more money, fun, and an overall ease and lightness in everything I create now!"

About Glenna

Glenna earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 1992.  Prior to opening her private practice in downtown San Rafael, Glenna worked as a Pediatric Physical Therapist in the Boston and San Francisco School Districts and in Orthopedic clinics in LA and Seattle.

Glenna is a Certified Access Facilitator since 2004 and teaches classes throughout the world in this extraordinary modality. She has studied myofascial release extensively

for the past 10 years and is an instructor at

John F Barnes Myofascial Release Seminars.

Glenna has always been interested in the body and movement. She studied dance at the University of Washington, continues to be an avid dancer and competed nationally in synchronized swimming.

Glenna has a different point of view about how the body heals. She creates seeds of awareness so her patients can start to understand what is actually possible. She shows them that there is a different choice and they do not need to be limited by pain or dysfunction.

Glenna works with children (and adults) on the autism spectrum and with ADD, ADHD, OCD and dyslexia, to assist them in becoming more aware of the gifts, talents and abilities they have and how to use these abilities to work for them.  To create more ease with their bodies and how they negotiate dailey in their environment.

Sessions often help with chronic pain, eating difficulties, clumsiness, oversensitivity and overwhelm. The target is to create more ease, peace and calm for the patient and their family. Her point of view is that what if what we label as a disability is actually a talent and ability?

What would it take to tap into the amazing gifts, talents and capabilities of children and adults labeled with ASD, OCD, ADHD and Dyslexia and show them a different possibility?  Show them ways to harness their abilities and add to them, so they can begin to generate their life with more ease!  What if there is nothing wrong here?  What can they facilitate for us?

"I have a question for you: Why did you get into "healing" in the first place? Was it to assist people? Was it to make the world and it's bodies a better place? Or was it--secretly even to you--so you could contribute to CHANGING THE WORLD?

If you became a doctor, healer, massage therapist, physical therapist, psychologist or something like that for any of the above reasons, and you have been feeling like somehow there must be more, and you've been looking for the real, concrete, tools to make that happen, then I'd like to invite you to this telecall series ----- it will be like no other you've experienced before." ~ Dr. Dain Heer
