What would your body like to change?

Is pain or dysfunction limiting you?

What if there is something else possible?

          What you may experience

           in a session with Glenna.

Hands on bodywork designed to find and release tight, painful and dense tissue, to eliminate pain and improve strength and movement. Glenna combines her background in Access energy work, myofasical release, movement unwinding, joint mobilization, cranial sacral, muscle energy work and her unique ability to communicate with a body to assist patients in changing their limitations.  Along with hands on work, patients will receive education in enhanced movement awareness and structural integrity.  Patients leave with decreased pain, improved mobility and the feeling of more space in their bodies

"I have worked with Glenna and her ability to read the energy is extraordinary. I first went to her for my back, and now not only has that changed, I have more ease in my body, and things I only dreamed of are showing up in my life: more money, fun, sex and an overall ease and lightness in everything I create now!"

About Glenna

Glenna earned her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 1992.  Prior to opening her private practice in downtown San Rafael, Glenna worked as a Pediatric Physical Therapist in the Boston and San Francisco School Districts and in Orthopedic clinics in LA and Seattle.

Glenna is an Access Facilitator and teaches classes throughout the world in this extraordinary modality. She has studied myofascial release extensively and is an instructor at Myofascial Release Seminars.

Glenna has always been interested in the body and movement. She studied dance at the University of Was

hington, continues to be an avid dancer and competed nationally in synchronized swimming.

Glenna has a different point of view about how the body heals. She creates seeds of awareness so her patients can start to understand what is actually possible. She shows them that there is a different choice and they do not need to be limited by pain or dysfunction.

Glenna works with children (and adults) on the spectrum (ADHD, autism, OCD and dyslexia), to assist them in stepping into the gifts, talents and abilitis they truly have. Her point of view is that what if what we label as a disability is actually a talent and ability?

These are some of the questions that Glenna asks when working with

 "x-men."

What would it take to tap into the amazing gifts, talents and abilities of children and adults labeled with ASD, OCD, ADHD and Dyslexia and show them a different possibility?  Show them ways to harness their abilities and add to them, so they can begin to generate their life with more ease!  What if there is nothing wrong here?  What can they facilitate for us?
